King Cones & Cables
  • Pair of new King Cones & Cables 
     
  • King Doors only ever used 1 type of cones & cables, so if you have a King door then this part will fit
     
  • King Doors no longer exist, but we still have the parts

  • These cones are specific to King Doors as they have a 12mm hole to fit a smaller spring shaft.  Most other garage doors are 13mm

  • Come complete with 2 x Roll Pins

  • You will need a 3mm Pin Punch, and a 4mm Allan Key which is available in the 'additional products that may help' area below, as well as a pair of tension bars;

  • There are 2 types of King Canopy tensioning knuckles.  One is a black plastic hexagon nut, the other is an aluminium knuckle.  These tension bars fit both. The wide side fits the plastic version, the narrow side fits the aluminium version:
    Overall length 209mm
    Narrow End 7mm
    Wide End 10mm - available in the 'additional products that may help' area below

  • Please also check your roller spindles; if they show any signs of wear, now is the time to replace them - can be found on our website or in the related products section below
