PAIR of new Hormann type Cables
Suitable for earller Hormann Canopy Doors Series 2000 models - which typically had a twin spring over the door (some had a single longer spring)
Galvanised steel, large loops on one end, nipple on the other
These cables prevent you having to replace your rollers when not required (other sellers only offer 1 x cable and roller assembly, not the cables on their own)
When replacing cables, its better to replace both sides at the same time, hence this listing is for a PAIR
These cables easily slide over your existing roller once your old cable has been cut off. Please note, these slide over the rollers. Beware of other sellers selling cheap cables with a small loop. This requires the roller assembly to be taken apart to get the cable on. This would require you to file off the factory crimp from the end of the roller spindle, remove the spindle, fit the new cable and then re-rivet the roller spindle back into the bracket to stop it coming out.
In our 35+ years of trading, we noticed that 99% of the time, only the cable needed replacing. We make these cables in-house on our own presses to suit our requirements
