Henderson Premier Lock Handle Spacer Kit
  • Henderson Premier type Garage Door Lock Handle Spacer Kit

  • Kit consists of of a pair of spacers - the larger of the two fits on the inside of the doror, between the panel and the lock mechanism, and stops the lock mechanism pulling forward towards the panel.  The smaller spacer fit in the front of the panel, and stops the lock handle pushing through the panel.  They also prevent the handle from moving and rattling.
     
  • An ideal replacement if your lock handle feels quite slack as these parts are likely broken / worn on yours if that is the case.  Some door panels did not have these spacers fitted as they were not needed.
     
  • Please note, the original spacers came in 2 designs.  The smaller spacer is the same on all door, but the larger rear spacer, sometimes had a slot cut into it to fit around the fold in the door panel.  Please see images 1 & 2 for our replacement spacer kit, images 3 & 4 show an original old kit with the slots in (for identification / information purposes).  Please note, if you need the slot in (a small amount of panels need this), it can be cut using a hacksaw or hot knife.

  • The spacers are made from Nylon

  • These are old obsolete parts, and we had a small quantity made to provide to our customers.  They are made in the UK in a limited batch.
